Shipping

We currently ship Australia wide. Price of shipping depends on the size and weight of each piece of artwork & ceramic piece and will be calculated at checkout. We also offer local pick up from Tumby Bay, South Australia. If you choose local pick up, please contact me directly before picking up so we can arrange a time that best suits the both of us.

Items will be posted within 7 days of purchasing.

We use the highest quality of transportation services, however if your ceramic goods arrives damaged please contact me directly via my email, nicmhogan@gmail.com.

Please ensure you take photos of the package prior to opening and then of the goods inside once opened.

Once items have been shipped & tracking number is supplied, there will be no refunds due to change of mind.
